If you think dog catching is only everything you ever saw
watching Lady & The Tramp, then
William Warrior may challenge your assumptions. Bill Warrior is the senior field officer for the Palo Alto
Police Department’s Animal Control Division. In a career spanning three decades and 50,000 calls for
service, Bill has seen the grand tapestry of life in our fair City—its highs
and lows, both human and animal, are sometimes heart-rending, sometimes joyous,
and always an opportunity to witness a grand inter-species passion play from a
place and an occupation like no other.
Bill hopes to share this wondrous view with us, offering us
a perspective on his work that has blessed him with the adventure of a
lifetime.
